From January 20 to 22, 2026, the 7th Middle East (Abu Dhabi) International Unmanned Systems Exhibition (UMEX 2026) kicked off grandly at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC). As the largest, most professional and most influential unmanned systems exhibition in the Middle East, this edition is co-hosted by the UAE Ministry of Defence and the ADNEC Group. Focusing on the innovation and application of unmanned technologies, it has brought together over 300 exhibitors from more than 40 countries worldwide to explore the latest development trends of the industry. As a key representative of China's industrial UAV sector, Honeycomb Aerospace showcased a diverse range of UAV platforms and systematic solutions at the event.
Based on the practical needs of the Middle East market, Honeycomb Aerospace featured its star products, including intelligent unmanned airports and heavy-lift, long-endurance special UAV equipment. The company integrated its independently developed UAV Operation and Management Platform to build an integrated support system covering equipment control, mission scheduling, data security and industrial applications, delivering customized solutions for the diverse application scenarios across the Middle East.
The Middle East is accelerating the deployment of the low-altitude economy and the application of intelligent unmanned systems, cementing its position as a pivotal region for global low-altitude industry innovation. Honeycomb Aerospace's participation in UMEX 2026 is both a key opportunity to demonstrate China's low-altitude technologies and system capabilities, and a crucial step to deepen regional cooperation and expand its overseas market reach. Leveraging the international exchange platform created by the exhibition, the company held in-depth exchanges with industry institutions, application entities and research universities across multiple Middle Eastern countries.
