Source:蜂巢航宇 | Release Time:2026/09/09 | category:Company News

From September 8 to 10, the 2026 China International Emergency Management Exhibition (Beijing Emergency Expo) was held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing. Centered on the theme of “New-Quality Empowerment, Smart Emergency Response”, this exhibition focuses on key areas including disaster prevention and mitigation, fire rescue, work safety and urban safety. It showcases a comprehensive range of emergency equipment and digital solutions. Hosted by the International Exchange and Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Emergency Management of the People’s Republic of China, the event is incorporated into the Belt and Road Initiative International Cooperation Mechanism on Natural Disaster Prevention and Emergency Management. It ranks among China’s major national-level professional emergency exhibitions.

As a provider of unmanned systems and services, Honeycomb Aerospace presented the SU‑50Pro intelligent UAV dock model and relevant emergency solutions at the Expo. Addressing the requirements for long‑distance, large‑area inspection and emergency operations in complex environments, the company demonstrated the technical capabilities and application practices of unmanned systems within emergency‑management scenarios. Rather than focusing merely on the UAV platform itself, this exhibit reflects Honeycomb Aerospace’s approach of coordinating UAVs, intelligent UAV docks and mission‑management capabilities against real‑world mission requirements to form a complete unmanned operation system for emergency‑response scenarios.

Composed of an intelligent inspection UAV and intelligent UAV dock, the SU‑50Pro system features capabilities including remote control, autonomous charging, autonomous take‑off and landing, and clustered autonomous operations. It reduces manual operation frequency and on‑site manpower input, delivering a more efficient and convenient unmanned operation approach for end‑users. Targeting long‑distance and large‑area inspection scenarios such as oil and gas pipelines, forest and grassland fire prevention, border and coastal defence, river courses and road networks, the SU‑50Pro performs automated inspections in accordance with mission planning. It facilitates the shift of UAV operations from single‑sortie, manually‑controlled task‑based missions towards regular and automated inspection modes, and delivers sustained unmanned operational support for routine patrols, risk monitoring and emergency response in key areas.

For emergency communication scenarios, Honeycomb Aerospace HC-541 emergency communication UAV features a vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) fixed-wing configuration. It delivers long endurance and heavy payload capacity, capable of carrying communication payloads such as satellite communication antennas and 4G/5G base stations. When natural disasters or unexpected incidents damage ground communication infrastructure and impair on-site communication support, the UAV platform can rapidly reach mission areas. By carrying communication payloads to establish temporary airborne communication nodes, it provides airborne platform support for emergency communication assurance, on-site command and dispatch, and information transmission.

Its participation in the 2026 China International Emergency Management Exhibition serves as an important platform for Honeycomb Aerospace to demonstrate practical applications of unmanned systems and foster industry‑wide exchanges. In response to the demand for modernizing China’s emergency management system and capacity, the company will continue its technical R&D and product innovation centering on unmanned systems and vertical‑sector application requirements. Leveraging real‑world scenarios including emergency patrols, risk monitoring and emergency communications, Honeycomb Aerospace will give full play to the strengths of unmanned systems in autonomous operations, intelligent inspection and rapid response, and deliver mature, proven technologies and solutions for the development of smart emergency response.
