A New Approach to Maritime Patrols: How Honeycomb Aerospace UAVs Reduce Burden and Enhance Efficiency

China's maritime supervision tasks are complex and arduous. Once the main channel is blocked, there will be greater potential safety hazards. Use unmanned aerial vehicles to patrol key areas, and the staff will accurately analyze the background data to find the ships suspected of violating regulations, and timely synchronize the meteorological and sea conditions, longitude and latitude, appearance of the target ship, suspected violations and other information at the scene of the violation.

Realize "point-line-area" grid management. By integrating the UAV terminal with the large screen of the Maritime Affairs Office, the scene images of the ship traffic flow, the progress of the water-related projects and the monitoring of illegal ships in the area under jurisdiction are sent back to the command center in real time. This helps to address the management pain points such as the lack of traditional supervision images and the untimely information. It enables real-time tracking of the dynamics of law enforcement officers, determines the time of their arrival at the destination, and displays the on-site images on the large monitoring screen of the command center. In this way, a dynamic and comprehensive grasp of the front-end law enforcement situation is achieved. Meanwhile, various data at the law enforcement front-end are analyzed to facilitate targeted on-site investigation and verification.
