Honeycomb Aerospace SU-50 Intelligent Unmanned Airport Facilitates Maritime Law Enforcement and Emergency Rescue

With the continuous improvement of the maritime modern governance level at the grassroots, the application of Honeycomb Aerospace SU-50 intelligent unmanned airport in the field of maritime supervision is increasingly extensive, the role of unmanned, intelligent, efficient and other key technologies in maritime patrol, law enforcement, search and rescue operation is becoming more prominent, and the ability of technology to enable maritime supervision is further enhanced.

 



After the deployment of Honeycomb Aerospace SU-50 intelligent unmanned airport in a local maritime bureau, it provided strong scientific and technological support for the rescue work of the local maritime bureau and rescue center.

 

It has carried out many deep-sea maritime patrol, surveillance and reconnaissance missions. In the face of the broad and complex sea, after receiving the search and rescue notice, the UAV in the SU-50 intelligent unmanned airport takes off autonomously, quickly arrives at the scene, carries out search and rescue identification of the ship and personnel in distress through the high-definition camera and infrared thermal imager, and accurately locates the positions of the personnel in distress, facilitating the rescue personnel's accurate rescue efforts. At the same time, the UAV is equipped with visible light equipment to carry out real-time transmission of the accident scene and search and rescue situation, which is convenient for remote command and dispatch and emergency disposal decision-making, thus shortening the rescue time and improving the success rate of rescue.




The cause of this rescue operation was the disappearance of a sea angler. Considering the possibility that the fishing boat might drift out to the open sea, the search and rescue mission became even more difficult. To tackle this challenge, a local maritime bureau and the maritime search and rescue center collaborated closely. They utilized drones to conduct reconnaissance from a high-altitude perspective and perform automatic cruising, which helped rescue workers keep track of the sea area in real-time. By pinpointing the location of the missing person, they carried out the search and rescue operation, quickly formulated a maritime rescue plan, successfully narrowed down the search and rescue area, and finally managed to find and rescue the missing person.


Not only in the aspects of maritime law enforcement and emergency rescue, the SU-50 intelligent unmanned airfield can also be applied in fields such as marine environment monitoring, marine resources survey and marine scientific research, making contributions to marine protection and sustainable development. Moreover, the UAV can reach dangerous areas that many personnel and ships are unable to reach. It can transmit high-definition video information back to the monitoring center in real time, providing information support for relevant departments to handle situations promptly and greatly improving the operational efficiency.

 

With automatic inspection, automatic charging, remote planning and command, real-time data return and other functions, the SU-50 intelligent unmanned airfield can realize 24/7 uninterrupted monitoring of maritime conditions, complement on-site patrols, and provide all-round technical support for efficient and intelligent maritime management.
