Recently, Honeycomb Aerospace participated in the Pipeline Network Group's 2024 UAV intelligent inspection technology test. This is the first time that the National Pipeline Network Group has carried out such a test to provide technical support for promoting the construction of the pipeline intelligent patrol pilot area, promoting the reform and innovation of pipeline patrol methods and the overall improvement of pipeline security management level, and creating a smart and interconnected pipeline network.
The test lasted for 14 days and was carried out at the Interriver oil transfer station. Twenty-two manufacturers from Beijing, Shanghai, Xi 'an and other places were invited to participate in the exhibition, focusing on the latest products and cutting-edge technological achievements in the field of UAV inspection, and exploring advanced, excellent and applicable new products according to the needs and application scenarios of pipeline enterprises. This project uses Cangheshi pipeline to test the flight performance of fixed wing and multi-rotor UAV library system, software platform functional performance, daytime inspection, night inspection and other more than 10 comprehensive technical indicators of pipeline patrol, in order to measure and promote the use of measurement, and ensure high-quality development with a high level of safety. The system has the advantages of remote control, autonomous charging, autonomous taking off and landing, cluster autonomous operation and other industries, providing users with efficient and convenient application methods, and can be widely used in pipeline inspection, environmental monitoring, power inspection, forest fire prevention, emergency detection and other industries. The application of intelligent unmanned airport in pipeline inspection not only greatly reduces the security risks and difficulties caused by manual inspection, but also significantly improves the inspection efficiency and fineness of pipelines. Whether it is a regular survey of the pipeline, or emergency inspection processing of emergencies, the system can achieve 7*24 hours of uninterrupted day and night protection, solving the pain points and difficulties of pipeline inspection, and promoting the intelligent management and upgrading of pipeline inspection.
