Recently, Honeycomb Aerospace participated in the the National Pipeline Network Group's 2024 UAV intelligent inspection technology test. This is the first time that the National Pipeline Network Group has carried out such a test to provide technical support for promoting the construction of the pipeline intelligent patrol pilot area, promoting the reform and innovation of pipeline patrol methods and the overall improvement of pipeline security management level, and creating an intelligent and interconnected pipeline network.
The test lasted for 14 days and was carried out at the Interriver oil transfer station. Twenty-two manufacturers from Beijing, Shanghai, Xi 'an and other places were invited to participate in the exhibition, focusing on the latest products and cutting-edge technological achievements in the field of UAV inspection, and exploring advanced, excellent and applicable new products according to the needs and application scenarios of pipeline enterprises.
In this project, the Cangheshi Pipeline is utilized to test the flight performance of the fixed-wing and multi-rotor UAV hangar systems, the functional performance of the software platform, and more than 10 comprehensive technical indicators of pipeline patrol, including daytime inspection and nighttime inspection. Through these tests, we aim to improve and promote the application of relevant technologies, and ensure high-quality development with a high level of safety.

HC-526 UAV is a small vertical fixed-wing UAV flight platform with a maximum endurance of 3h, load capacity of 5kg, and ceiling of 5000m. With excellent aerodynamic shape design, the whole aircraft adopts aviation composite materials, featuring high strength and light weight. It is suitable for various application scenarios where long working hours and large task loads are required. The system can be equipped with photoelectric cameras, communication equipment, mapping cameras, gamma nuclide monitors and other types of detection equipment to complete pipeline inspection, traffic patrol, emergency mapping, agriculture and forestry environmental protection tasks.
SU-30Pro intelligent unmanned airport is composed of intelligent inspection UAV and intelligent UAV parking cabin. The intelligent inspection UAV in this system has a maximum endurance time of 55min, a load capacity of 5kg, and a ceiling of 5000m. The system has the industry advantages such as remote control, autonomous charging, autonomous takeoff and landing, and clustered autonomous operation. It provides users with efficient and convenient application methods and can be widely used in pipeline inspection, environmental monitoring, power inspection, forest fire prevention, emergency detection and other industries.
