From November 23 to 25, 2024, the first China (Shaoxing) Low-Altitude Economy Exhibition was held at the Sports Center in Yuecheng District, Shaoxing City. This exhibition brought together the most advanced achievements in the low-altitude economy sector across the country, with more than 500 different types of aircraft on display, including drones and eVTOLs. It was the grandest event in recent years in the low-altitude economy field in terms of the largest scale, the highest specifications, the most comprehensive range of categories, and the richest innovative outcomes.
At the exhibition, low-altitude economy enterprises, R & D institutions, experts, scholars and industry practitioners from across the country gathered to display cutting-edge products, present advanced technologies and explore new trends in industry development. As an important player in the low-altitude economy sector, Honeycomb Aerospace was invited to the exhibition. It showcased a range of advanced UAV products and innovative industry solutions, contributing to the development of the low-altitude economy with its technological and application strengths.
During the exhibition, many government and industry leaders made a special trip to the Honeycomb Aerospace booth to understand the technological innovation achievements and industry application cases of the enterprise in the field of low-altitude economy in detail. Honeycomb Aerospace staff accompanied them and provided explanations throughout, focusing on two high-profile products - the HC-541 vertical takeoff and landing fixed-wing UAV and the HC-342 hybrid electric six-rotor UAV.
At the HC-541 display zone, leaders showed strong interest in this emergency communication drone featuring composite vertical takeoff and landing technology. The staff explained its carbon fiber and aramid honeycomb vacuum forming process, the technical advantages of a lightweight and high-strength design, and its core functions of carrying SATCOM on the move antennas and 4G/5G communication base stations in detail. The leaders recognized the UAV's six-hour endurance and ability to be flexibly deployed in complex environments, and paid special attention to its role in emergency communications support in natural disasters and emergencies.
At the HC-342 display zone, this multi-purpose six-rotor UAV powered by a gas-electric hybrid system also attracted the attention of leaders. The staff explained its fully autonomous flight capabilities and diverse mission mounting applications, including patrol, 2D/3D aerial survey and reconnaissance missions. Leaders expressed appreciation for its efficient adaptability in inspection, reconnaissance and other fields, and believed that its product design fully reflects its deep insight into market needs, as well as the combination of technological innovation and pragmatic spirit.
At this exhibition, Honeycomb Aerospace fully demonstrated its profound accumulation in low-altitude economic technological innovation and industrial applications. Whether it is the technical support for emergency communication, or the efficient operation in the field of inspection and reconnaissance, its products and solutions reflect the strength and responsibility of Honeycomb Aerospace in low-altitude economic technological innovation.
In the future, Honeycomb Aerospace will continue to strengthen technological research and development, promote the wide application of drones in the low-altitude economy, facilitate the high-quality development of the industry. Meanwhile, driven by innovation, it will explore more possibilities for the low-altitude economy and contribute to national digital and intelligent construction efforts.
