President Yang Jincai said in his speech that in the past three years, most of the epidemic prevention and control policies that affect our travel and economic development have been cancelled. Economic development ushered in a new situation, and we ushered in the era of coexistence with COVID-19. At present, the globalization order is entering a new stage of adjustment. Digital technology is deeply integrated with production and life, and the epidemic will accelerate the full penetration of the digital economy. The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has outlined a grand blueprint for comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese style modernization. China's economy is changing from high-speed growth to high-quality development, which will create more strategic opportunities for the drone industry. Looking back on the ups and downs, Shenzhen UAV Association has made certain achievements with the efforts of all members, the support of all sectors of society and the care of friends at home and abroad.

At present, the Association has 553 member enterprises and 14 professional committees, including UAV Expert Committee, UAV Standards Committee and UAV Racing Committee. It has established contacts with UAV industry organizations in more than 40 countries and regions around the world. From 2017 to 2022, six World UAV Conferences and seven UAV exhibitions were held. In particular, the 2022 World UAV Conference was extremely difficult due to the epidemic prevention and control, but it still overcame the difficulties. A main forum, more than 30 sub forums, 20000 square meters of exhibition, UAV performance and race were successfully held.

Although the epidemic has had a great impact on the development of the UAV industry, everyone is looking for opportunities in the crisis, and the epidemic has become a new starting point for the development of UAVs. No matter the epidemic prevention and control, or the resumption of work and production, the application of digital and intelligent technology has stimulated the various and deep needs of the UAV industry from all walks of life. According to the statistics of the Association, in 2022, there will be more than 12000 UAV enterprises nationwide, with an annual output value of more than 117 billion yuan, including more than 1300 UAV enterprises in Shenzhen, with an annual output value of more than 75 billion yuan, with an annual growth rate of more than 30%.

Liao Xiaohan, Head of Civil Aviation Low Altitude Geographic Information and Route Key Experiment Class of CAAC, Director of UAV Application and Control Research Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Researcher of Institute of Geographic Science and Resources of Chinese Academy of Sciences, delivered a wonderful speech with the theme of "Low Altitude Economic Development and Low Altitude Road Network Infrastructure Construction". This paper makes a summary by introducing the proposal and development momentum of low altitude economy, the scale, business and multi scenario application of UAVs, the technology and policy environment for the construction of UAV operation road network, the construction content of urban traffic road network infrastructure for UAV operation, and the thinking on the implementation of the "heaven on the road" scheme. Director Liao Xiaohan believes that the low altitude economic "artery" route network, with the support of application demand driven and technology, resources and policies, is expected to achieve experience and important results in the planning and layout of low altitude traffic road network infrastructure.
