On the afternoon of February 27, 2025, Honeycomb Aerospace signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Management Committee of Hohhot Aerospace Economic Development Zone. According to the agreement, the two sides will uphold the principles of "equality, voluntariness, fairness and mutual benefit" to jointly promote the promotion of drone operation services, explore new application scenarios, and promote the innovative development of key industries.

The two sides plan to build a UAV final assembly production line tailored to the regional application scenarios in Hohhot Aerospace Economic Development Zone, focus on promoting intelligent unattended hangar series products, and simultaneously promote UAV operation services and develop application scenarios. Carry out UAV operation activities in the context of urban public services, and build a set of UAV operation service systems based on unattended systems. Focus on laying out UAV operation services in areas such as automated inspection business in the energy industry, border security, ecological environment monitoring, and forest fire prevention.

In addition, Honeycomb Aerospace and Hohhot Aerospace Economic Development Zone will also deepen school-enterprise cooperation, promote the complementarity between the resources of colleges and universities and market demand, help the development of local low-altitude economy, and provide support in terms of talent. The two sides will also jointly participate in the research and formulation of low-altitude economy-related standards to lay the foundation for its high-standard development.

This strategic cooperation has injected new impetus into the industrial development of Honeycomb Aerospace and Hohhot Aerospace Economic Development Zone. The two sides will give full play to their respective advantages to promote the deep integration of industrial unmanned aerial systems into the industry ecology, and work together to build an "air-ground-space integration" platform. By accelerating the application and innovation of UAV technology, the two sides will promote more industries to achieve digital and intelligent upgrading, and further improve the overall development level of the industry.
